The ideal candidate for the HR Intern position is an organized, structured, and disciplined critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working on complex and diversified requests that are critical to the long-term success of Robot.com. As an HR Intern, you will play a role in supporting most of all the administrative requirements of Robot.com as well as Recruitment. You'll report directly to the HR Generalist to ensure the efficiency of our processes. Strong communication skills, motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

A typical day as an HR Intern at Robot.com might include the following:

As an HR Intern, you will provide general support across the different People and HR processes, including:

• Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

• Assist with the management and updating of employee information and documentation.

• Provide administrative support to the HR/People team and ensure information is properly organized and up to date.

• Support employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives.

• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities.

• Support training, learning, and development initiatives.

• Assist with activities related to performance management and talent management.

• Prepare basic reports, presentations, and People-related analyses.

• Maintain and update databases, files, and HR-related tools.

• Support the coordination of internal activities, events, and initiatives.

• Respond to and/or channel employee requests related to HR processes.

• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Provide general support to the People team based on day-to-day business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Available to complete a professional internship in Bogotá.

• English level: B2 or above.

• Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources / People.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and interact with people across different teams.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Calendar.

• Familiarity with AI and technology tools for productivity, data analysis, automation, research, or day-to-day work.

• Curiosity and willingness to explore new digital and AI-powered tools and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.

• Interest in leveraging technology to make HR processes more efficient and scalable.
