Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Director of Logistics & Service Delivery to lead the transformation of our US logistics operations and elevate the customer experience we deliver across our services.
Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.
The Role:
This is a critical leadership role responsible for overhauling and optimizing Revivn’s logistics operations while serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep ITAD logistics management experience combined with a customer-centric mindset, capable of driving operational excellence and strong partner relationships.
Your focus will be on redefining and rebuilding the US logistics framework to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver a world-class service experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Transform and optimize U.S. logistics operations: assess existing processes, vendors, and costs; design and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
- Vendor management and selection: evaluate current partners, replace or add providers where needed; foster partnerships with industry-focused and agile logistics companies.
- Implement service excellence standards: establish and enforce SLAs, conduct regular vendor audits, site visits, and performance reviews.
- Streamline communication and workflows: move beyond transactional logistics management to build a collaborative, accountable network.
- Cost reduction and process efficiency: identify and execute strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and service reliability.
- Team leadership: assess and develop the existing logistics team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Customer experience oversight: serve as the escalation point for any service delivery or logistics-related issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience managing logistics operations within the ITAD, reverse logistics, or technology asset recovery industries.
- Demonstrated success in vendor selection, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Strong service delivery and customer-facing experience with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Skilled in defining and implementing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor management frameworks.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and proactive with the ability to roll up your sleeves and rebuild from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. The salary range for a Director of Logistics & Service Delivery is expected to be between $110,000-150,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
