Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

At Revivn, we live by a #bettereveryday mentality and we’re on a mission to build a Go-to-Market engine that’s lean, smart, and built for speed. We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between ideas and execution. Think of this as a “growth hacker meets systems engineer”: technical enough to wire up the tools, commercially minded enough to think about pipeline impact, and obsessed with experimentation. You’ll report into Marketing and work cross functionally with RevOps, Data, and Sales to generate demand, clean up data, and automate the workflows that fuel revenue.

Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve our GTM automation stack so it becomes central to pipeline generation
  • Automate research, enrichment, lead routing, and CRM hygiene to free up GTM teams to focus on strategy
  • Scale Revivn’s high-touch GTM style (notes, gifts, etc.) so it works at speed and scale
  • Build workflows, test quickly, and templatize what works into repeatable playbooks
  • Stay on the edge of AI, automation, and no-code tools, adopting what drives results

What We’re Looking For

Technical & Operational Skils:

  • Technical fluency with automation/integration tools (Clay, Zapier, Make)
  • Experience working with APIs, SQL, or light scripting (Python, JavaScript)
  • Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), data models, and data hygiene best practices
  • Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack — and evolve that stack as we scale
  • Experience building and managing workflow automations

Growth & Business Mindset:

  • Commercial bias — you care about ROI, pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact
  • Builder/hacker mentality – you’ve built automations, internal tools, or scripts yourself
  • Fast learner, curious, and iterative – you like to test, learn, and ship quickly
  • Ability to work in ambiguity – you’ll often own tasks without a fully fleshed out gameplan
  • Strong trouble shooting mindset – you catch edge cases, build error handling, monitoring, and fallbacks
  • Ability to balance long-term scalability with short-term speed
  • 2–4 years in a hybrid technical/commercial role (RevOps, Growth, or startup)

When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. The salary range for a Go-to-Market Engineer is expected to be between $120,000-160,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
