Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We’re looking for a Resale Specialist to power the engine behind our Resale team. This is a critical operations role where you’ll manage resale workflows, track metrics, support execution, and provide first-line inquiry support. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team at the core of our business—helping scale sustainable tech reuse while directly contributing to our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Document and Optimize Workflows: Maintain up-to-date documentation of all Resale team workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Own the Resale Roadmap: Lead the Resale project roadmap from end to end. You'll be the driver of progress while the GM of Resale provides strategic support and guidance
  • Execute with Excellence: Support the implementation of key Resale initiatives by coordinating across teams and ensuring timely execution of tasks
  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics for Resale programs. Ensure targets are met, proactively flag issues, and always be ready to tell a story using data
  • Be the First Line of Support: Respond to Resale-related inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating more complex issues when necessary
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Account Management, Finance, and Operations teams to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on Resale-related projects
  • Champion Our Culture: Represent and embody Revivn’s values through your day-to-day work—whether it’s stepping in to support teammates, staying adaptable, or bringing a solutions-first mindset to challenges

What We Are Looking For

You’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited by the idea of owning programs from start to finish. You’re someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and enjoys collaborating across teams to drive impact. You’re eager to grow in an operations-focused role within a purpose-driven company and be part of scaling a fast-growing circular economy solution.

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, program coordination, or resale/e-commerce support
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with a passion for workflow documentation and process improvement
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and project management platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Effective communicator — clear, proactive, and confident across written and verbal channels
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities

The salary range for a Resale Specialist is $60,000-80,000/year. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
