Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who is equal parts strategist and executor. You will be the heart of Revivn’s demand generation engine. You’ll help design, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels to drive pipeline, deepen client engagement, and elevate our brand. You’ll work cross-functionally to build programs that align to business goals and move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, events) to generate leads and convert opportunities.
- Lead and scale Revivn’s Account-Based Marketing program—identifying high-value targets, creating tailored campaigns, and driving engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to uncover insights and optimize campaigns, improving ROI and enabling smarter decisions.
- Plan, promote, and execute events (both virtual and in-person) - webinars, industry dinners, and happy hours - to nurture leads, deepen relationships, and grow community engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Account Management, RevOps, and Product to align messaging, campaign timing, and conversion goals.
- Develop content across the funnel - landing pages, emails, blogs, and social assets - to support pipeline growth and brand storytelling.
Who You Are
You’re a full-stack marketer with a builder’s mindset - someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, experiment, and iterate. You move quickly, ask the right questions, and care deeply about execution. You want to be on a small team where you can make a big impact.
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in growth or demand generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, social, paid, events, content).
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, and ZoomInfo.
- Data-driven mindset; you know how to read campaign metrics and turn them into action.
- Excellent copywriting with the ability to tailor messaging by persona and funnel stage.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments; highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
- Bonus: ABM experience, marketing ops, or event management.

What to Expect
The salary range for a Growth Marketing Associate is expected to be between $80,000-$100,000. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
