At Pallon, we are building smart software to automatically report defects in sewer inspection videos and consult cities when to fix them. With more accurate and objective data, we help to prevent wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and avoid urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.

We're a fast growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. Some of the tasks you'll be working on are:

  • Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize product features
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure that products are built according to requirements and delivered on time
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Proven track record of successfully launching, growing and maintaining products, ideally in a startup environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a technical background
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across stakeholders
  • Timezone +/- 1h CET, preferably located in Zurich
