HR Generalist
Pallon (fka Hades)
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive seamless, scalable, and high-impact workforce operations. In this role, you’ll oversee workforce planning, contractor management, and HR processes that support a dynamic, distributed team. You will ensure we have the right talent in place to meet business needs while fostering a culture of engagement, efficiency, and compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, has experience managing large contractor workforces, and is skilled in building scalable HR processes to support a hybrid team.
💪🏻 Your Role
We’re growing fast, and the challenges you'll tackle will be diverse and impactful. You will:
Design and optimize HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance, and workforce engagement.
Develop and manage a contractor engagement strategy, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and retention initiatives.
Oversee compliance with global labor laws and regulations for a remote, distributed workforce.
Analyze and optimize workflows to support business growth, ensuring we remain agile and scalable.
Partner with team leads on workforce planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
Manage all People communications, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining HR systems and ticketing processes.
Own end-to-end hiring processes, including refining talent acquisition strategies and leveraging data to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Lead and develop a small HR team, ensuring we meet our quarterly and annual goals.
🎯 Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on workforce management, freelance teams, or contractor-heavy environments.
Experience managing a large, distributed workforce (e.g., freelancers, gig workers, global remote teams).
Proven ability to build and implement HR processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Strong understanding of freelancer engagement best practices, compliance, and workforce planning.
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive HR strategy and decision-making.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to partner with leadership teams and support cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with HR technology, workforce planning tools, and global payroll platforms.
A self-starter who takes ownership, thrives independently and can lead effectively in a remote-first company.
If you’re passionate about building efficient and scalable HR solutions for a flexible workforce, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀
