At Pallon, a spin-off from ETH Zurich, we’re creating AI that automatically detects defects in sewer inspection videos and advises cities on when & how to fix them. By providing more precise, objective data, we aim to fix wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and prevent urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.
We are looking for someone with strong Sales expertise that thrives on leading by example. In this role, you will be involved in driving major deals across the DACH region while providing constant support and coaching for our Sales Team, consisting of:
Outbound Sales Representatives, managing direct client outreach and deal closures.
Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction and expanding opportunities.

We're a fast growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. Some of the tasks you'll be working on are:
Lead and manage a team of outbound sales reps and account managers, providing coaching, guidance and strategic direction.
Develop and execute scalable sales processes to optimise pipeline generation and conversion rates.
Analyse sales metrics to refine strategies and improve team performance.
Identify and address inefficiencies in the sales funnel to improve deal velocity.
Develop playbooks for outbound sales and customer success.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Provide regular performance updates to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
🎯 Requirements
Must haves:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or B2B industries.
Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Proven expertise in sales with a strong track record as a high-performing individual contributor.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems while quickly adapting to change.
German native speaker, fluent in English, our company language.

Experience in the wastewater, construction or infrastructure sectors.
