About Nevoya:
Nevoya is North America's leading next-generation electric trucking carrier, transforming logistics through AI-native operations and relentless customer focus. The company builds and uses proprietary technology to deliver zero-emissions carrier services to Fortune 500 shippers with superior economics and service to legacy diesel operators. The company has operations in California and Texas, and is backed by globally-renowned investors including Lowercarbon Capital.
About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of People, with additional project assignments from our Director of Transportation, in coordination with our SVP of Operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to play a key role in supporting drivers, managing fleet operations, and keeping our facilities running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for drivers on HR, paperwork, and compliance matters. You will receive ongoing training from the Head of People and our Safety & Compliance team.
Fleet Administration: Oversee processing and setup for all incoming trucks, including paperwork, entry into our TMS, and arranging installation of telemetry systems and dashboard cameras. Support ongoing fleet maintenance needs.
Driver & Dispatch Onboarding: Ensure new team members are set up for success. Responsibilities include account setup (email, Slack) and smooth onboarding coordination. The Director of Transportation will handle technical training, while you manage everything else.
Facility Management: Manage day-to-day needs at our Southern California locations. Ensure supplies, equipment, and space needs are met, and collaborate with the Director of Transportation on ways to make our offices a productive and enjoyable environment.
Success Criteria:
We work as a high-performing team: results matter, and we measure them clearly. Success in this role will be evaluated against:
Driver ESAT (Employee Satisfaction): Achieve or improve survey scores, aiming for +40% or better.
Aged Receivables: Meet invoice processing targets by ensuring paperwork is collected, invoices are issued, and our TMS is up to date (measured only on your part of the process).
New Hire ESAT: Drive smooth onboarding for new drivers and dispatchers, measured through post-probation surveys (4–6 weeks after start).
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations, fleet management, or driver support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and team members
Comfortable using technology platforms (TMS or similar systems a plus)
At Nevoya, we believe diverse teams build better solutions.
