About Nevoya:

Nevoya is North America's leading next-generation electric trucking carrier, transforming logistics through AI-native operations and relentless customer focus. The company builds and uses proprietary technology to deliver zero-emissions carrier services to Fortune 500 shippers with superior economics and service to legacy diesel operators. The company has offices in California and Texas, and is backed by globally-renowned investors including Lowercarbon Capital.

Role Overview:

Nevoya is seeking a highly motivated, commercially-minded operator to support our Chief Commercial Officer in managing the full customer lifecycle - from pricing and bids to ongoing relationship management and CRM strategy. This is a critical execution and strategy role, helping shape how we win and retain Fortune 500 and broker customers.

You will work closely with the CCO and cross-functional teams (ops, product, finance) to design lane-level pricing strategies, manage bid cycles, follow up with prospects, own our CRM systems, and ensure customers get world-class service. If you're detail-oriented, great with systems, and commercially hungry, this is your chance to help build the future of zero-emissions freight.

We prefer candidates based in San Francisco who can work onsite regularly. However, exceptional remote candidates will be considered if they are able to travel as needed.

In the last quarter, you would have:

  • Identified and qualified new prospects through thorough needs assessments and discovery conversations

  • Managed end-to-end RFP responses improving win rates through data-driven pricing strategies and reducing response time with streamlined processes

  • Executed account expansion strategies, growing volume with existing customers through upselling and stronger relationships, while capturing success stories for future use

  • Led customer onboarding to ensure smooth transitions, improving satisfaction scores and accelerating revenue realization

  • Maintained CRM accuracy by capturing all customer interactions, pricing decisions, and pipeline updates in real time

  • Built lane-level pricing models using market trends and data analysis to support strategic pricing

  • Developed customer-facing materials including data-driven presentations, pricing proposals, and performance summaries

  • Developed customer performance metrics that accurately depicts the health of customers and produced weekly dashboards tracking volume, revenue, margin, and customer health to support strategic decision-making and highlight risks/opportunities

  • Coordinated cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operations, and technical teams to drive execution and alignment

  • Travelled onsite to customers to get feedback and learn more about their operations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • All candidates must have:

    • Bachelor's degree,

    • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic business relationships that drive revenue growth and customer retention

    • Technology proficiency including experience with one or more modern CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Attio, Salesforce, etc.)

    • Sharp analytical mindset and commercial skills

    • Track record of managing high-touch customer relationships with proven ability to drive customer success and revenue growth

    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

    • Proactive approach to problem-solving with keen prioritization abilities and drive to execute with urgency

We think outstanding candidates will have some or all of:

  • Expertise in freight, logistics, transportation, or mobility

  • Prior experience running bids or responding to RFPs

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects that include a mixture of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

At Nevoya, we believe diverse teams build better solutions.
