Role Description:
Mill is looking for a Marketing Intern to support across multiple channels within the marketing team. Primary responsibilities will include connecting with potential customers and advocating for Mill on social networks and providing project management support across Creative executions and Influencer programs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with audiences on owned social channels, maintaining an excellent response time by responding to all customer requests and questions.
- Build relationships by regularly engaging with like-minded brands and influencer feeds.
- Search, source for and respond to content relevant to Mill’s core messages across social media.
- Manage marketing asset development pipeline, routing briefs and creative work for feedback and approvals, managing internal reviews and documenting process and notes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be located in the Bay Area as the role is hybrid. Must come into the office 1-2 days per week.
- 1-2 years experience in general marketing capacity
- Highly organized and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of social content best practices and content specifications in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications [If applicable]:
- Experience with project management, ideally in a social media and/or Influencer marketing capacity
- Strong copywriting skills or interest in the area
The estimated base hourly range for this position is $30 to $40, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
