- Draft and develop company policies and procedures, including drafting terms of service, disclosures and disclaimers, FAQ’s, privacy/data policies, and other customer-facing legal policies and information.
- Drive and manage the development of form agreements, legal and approval processes, workflow process improvements, internal training and guides to scale with the company as it grows.
- Build positive relationships across the company and with its external partners.

- Experience counseling on privacy and data protection, competition, product safety, marketing and intellectual property.
- Prior work in environmental compliance/policy, solid waste/food/agriculture industries, and/or consumer hardware products a plus.
- Interest in policy work around waste prevention, circular economy, GHG emissions reduction, and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Demonstrated business judgment, and the ability to analyze the costs/benefits of proposed resolutions to business and legal issues.
- Proven ability to build solid, trusting, and credible relationships, including working closely with engineering, product and business teams.
- Excellent writing, communication, and people skills.
- Hungry to learn every aspect of how to build a defining company that is working on changing the way we live for the better of our planet.
