In this role, you will be responsible and get the exposure to Perform treasury operations conforming to deadlines and procedures, Preparing treasury reports and Alert management in the event of a discrepancy being detected.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Documentation:
Residual value weekly/monthly reporting
Bank mandate document compilation
BOI reporting activities related to Treasury
Export Proceeds Monitoring System maintenance
Ad-hoc documentation handling:
Bank account confirmations
Balance confirmations
Physical letter management
Quantum:
Daily transaction set up (workflow to be defined) for:
Forwards
Bank transfers
Forecast groundwork support:
SAP report compilation
Other source data compilation
Forex Exposure Calculation:
Supporting the team in calculating forex exposure.
Month-End Reporting and Other Activities:
Support with provisions calculations
Support with hedge accounting processes
Loan interest calculations
FX Reporting and Analysis support
Bank Platform Transactions (Limited to Internal Transactions):
Rubber Center transfers
Interbank transfers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree specialized in Accounting & Finance, Business Management or equivalent
- Part qualification in CA/CIMA (UK)/ ACCA (UK)/ ISMM/ CIPS will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to meet changing needs while demonstrating honesty and integrity in all aspects.
- Fluency in English with good communication skills
- Project management skills with proficiency in MS office applications and SAP
