This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Customer & Delivery Associate role and it could be a great opportunity for you to join us. You should have great communication skills, abilities to work in a team, willingness to help and learn everyday, and have an eye for improvement opportunities and solving problems. You should also have the right technical knowledge and understanding of office programs and apps as you’ll be the cornerstone of our operation.

Location: Remote work is an option.


Seniority: Junior Level > 1 year with work experience in Startup environment.




Requirements

As a Customer Service & Delivery Associate you will:


  • Engage in conversations with end users through voice, mail and chat.

  • Follow procedures in order to reach solutions for our customers’ problems.

  • Communicate everyday with both internal and external customers.

  • Be the key point of contact for all our customers.

  • Constantly monitoring the operation.

  • Prioritize and solve problems quickly as they arise.

  • Track interactions and issues that require escalation.

  • Work closely with other departments.

This job might be the right one if you:


  • Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Team work experience.

  • Communication and relationship building.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Handy on problem solving and understanding of the operations.

  • Conversational English B2
