As a Junior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data infrastructure, working closely with the data engineering team to develop and maintain scalable data solutions. You will assist in optimizing data architectures and building and maintaining ETL pipelines.  

As a Junior Data Analyst, you are responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems. You’ll work under the supervision of senior data engineers or data scientists to assist with managing and organizing data, as well as to develop and maintain data pipelines and data sets.  You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and continuously learn and upgrade skills in data engineering tools, languages, and best practices.

Requirements

As a Junior Data Engineer, a typical day might include the following: 

• Assist in Building and Maintaining Data Pipelines.
  

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality assurance processes.
  

• Data Storage and Architecture.
  

• Building data lakes and data warehouse.
  

• Data Cleaning and Transformation.
  

• Clean, prepare, and optimize data for consumption.
  

• Develop scripts for data transformation, integration, and cleaning.
  

• Collaboration and Communication.
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs.
  

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding data infrastructure and developments. 
  

This job might be the right one for you if you have:

• Familiarity with SQL and experience with Python 
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  

You might also have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  

• Knowledge of data modeling and schema design.
  

• Knowledge of Kubeflow
  

• Appscript and development
