About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Software Engineer who thrives as a generalist. You won't be siloed. You'll work across customer support, API integrations, MLOps data pipelines, as well as full-stack development, and you'll build the internal automation systems that multiply everyone's output.
This is a real engineering role with real ownership, not a ticket-closing position. The ideal candidate is excited by an early-stage startup environment, ready to work hard, and motivated to help build the world's best infrastructure intelligence technology.

You have experience using Python, a positive attitude toward new and challenging problems, and the drive to work alongside world-class engineers.

What You'll Do
Customer Support Engineering

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers
  • Reproduce bugs, write internal summaries, and coordinate escalations with engineering
  • Be the technical bridge between the customer success and engineering teamscustomers and the product team

Full-Stack (Frontend & Backend) & Automation

  • Contribute bug fixes, UI changes, and feature additions across the stack
  • Identify repetitive processes and design automation workflows
  • Build internal dashboards, Slack bots, admin tools, and runbooks that help every team move faster

Integration Support

  • Help customers connect Gisual to their existing tools and systems
  • Write and debug integration scripts, sample code, and technical guides
  • Support REST API, webhook, and authentication setups

MLOps & Data Assistance

  • Work alongside the MLOps team to preprocess and validate datasets
  • Build scripts and tooling for data pipelines and model evaluation workflows
  • Translate data needs into clean, working code

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on software development experience
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective, pragmatic solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills able to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • A positive attitude toward ambiguous and challenging problems

Nice to Have

  • Open-source contributions or personal projects you can share
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React) and/or microservices
