The Team You'll join a lean, high-impact engineering team building a scalable AI engine that processes millions of construction plans to construct a comprehensive construction knowledge graph. We're on a mission to build an intelligent system that understands construction at massive scale.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of ML,Computer vision engineers and Data operation.
  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI/ML capabilities across construction document analysis.
  • Drive research initiatives to advance state-of-the-art in construction drawing analysis and error detection.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (foundation models, multimodal AI, etc.) into our platform.
  • Establish best practices for model development, evaluation, and production deployment.
  • Develop OCR and document understanding systems optimized for engineering drawings. Implement advanced techniques like few-shot learning, domain adaptation, and active. learning Lead data strategy including collection, annotation, and curation of construction drawing datasets.

Technical Expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • Proven experience deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
  • Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps practices. Experience with transformer architectures, foundation models, and generative AI systems.
  • Proven track record leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • MSc/ PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field Preferred Qualifications.
  • Deep expertise in computer vision, image processing, and document analysis.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder AI projects from conception to deployment.
