As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch customers and a key player in growing our client base. You will focus on advising and selling our premium e-bikes to delivery-focused businesses.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively reaching out to potential customers based on inbound inquiries
• Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships
• Creating and following up on quotations
• Advising clients on our product and service offerings
• Collaborating with our sales and service teams to ensure outstanding customer experience

• MBO-4 level education or equivalent working experience
• Affinity with sales and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and strong perseverance
• Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is a plus
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is a plus
• Eagerness to develop and grow professionally within the sales field
