We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is eager to push the boundaries of AI-driven 3D applications.

In this role, you'll combine full-stack development expertise to build innovative, AI-powered applications at the intersection of web technology, computational geometry, and design automation.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices in an agile environment
• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end systems that power our platform
• Work with 3D geometry libraries to create performant, interactive features for CAD and BIM applications
• Integrate AI/ML models into user-facing applications, focusing on geometry, optimization, and design automation
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions within an agile environment
• Partner with product, design, and research teams to bring innovative ideas into production
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the long-term technical vision of the platform

Qualifications:

Experience & Leadership:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Track record of delivering complex, production-grade applications
• Experience with AI generative coding design and implementation

Technical Skills:

Front-End:

• Expert level in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
• Proficiency with 3D web technologies: Three.js, React Three Fiber
• Understanding of 3D geometry, computational geometry, and graphics pipelines

Back-End:

• Python expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications and RESTful API design
• Experience with AI/ML integration using tools like LlamaIndex and OpenAI

Infrastructure & Data:

• Experience developing applications using AWS Cloud services
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Containerization with Docker
• Experience with asynchronous task execution and message-based workflows

Domain Knowledge:

• Experience working with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and/or CAD systems
• Understanding of 3D modeling concepts and CAD/graphics pipelines

Location:

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in-person for collaboration, mentorship, and training.
