As a Lead Driver Ambassador, you will be responsible for both driving and leading a team. You will:

• Team Leadership & Operations: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Driver Ambassador team, ensuring all routes are covered efficiently and safely.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing drivers on company policies, safety, and best-in-class customer service.
• Performance Management: Monitor driver performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in conduct ride-alongs to foster a high-performing team.
• Fleet Health: Ensure the vehicle fleet is charged, well-maintained, and ready for service, coordinating daily opening and closing checklists.
• Brand Advocacy: Serve as a primary Brand Ambassador, ensuring all drivers positively represent our sponsors.
• Scheduling & Support: Manage driver schedules, monitor attendance/punctuality, and provide quick, on-road support to resolve operational issues or road hazards.

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
• A passion for customer service and working with the public
• Excited about showcasing the community
• The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications
• Open Availability
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including working during summer/winter months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications
