Job Description:
Job Purpose
- Support activation manager to design and implement hyper –localized activation program to support aggressive share gain in open market
- Understand customer insight & CIP strategy; Elevating Brand workshop offer to enhance customer loyalty
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth landing of assigned program
Key Accountabilities
- Support IWS opportunity market activation plan development and implementation
- Support branded workshop offer execution and BM/POSM delivery.
- Establish standardized criteria for evaluating investment metrics.
- Support Branded workshop offer implementation and lead the clear review cycle with sales and ce&o team.
- Improve efficiency of ASP spending and coordinate cross PCO channel to ensure monthly phasing delivery.
Requirements
Educational background
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent post graduate degree desirable
Experience
- Significant business experience in trade Marketing Activation with a strong track record of delivery spanning operational and strategic roles.
- Experience on channel offer, 4P integration.
- Innovative thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of working in a matrix organization with complex interfaces
- Strong networking skills, both inside and outside the business
