Job Summary

As an ER Advisor Subject Matter Expert, you will provide advanced employee relations expertise and strategic guidance to BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing ER strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Lead the development and implementation of ER policies, procedures, and best practices, aligning with global standards and local regulations.
* Drive culture and behavior change initiatives, actively participating in culture co-creation and engagement efforts to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.
* Act as a key influencer in shaping ER strategy, contributing to organizational development and talent management initiatives.
* Coach and mentor HR colleagues and business leaders on effective employee relations practices, promoting a proactive and preventative approach.
* Manage and resolve complex workforce concerns, demonstrating strong commercial acumen in balancing employee needs with business objectives.
* Interpret and apply relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions on ER topics, promoting a high level of understanding and capability across the organization.
* Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the ER framework, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all employees.
* Utilize Agility core practices to adapt to evolving ER landscapes and drive continuous improvement in ER processes.
* Lead and manage change initiatives related to employee relations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.

Job Qualifications

* Extensive experience in employee and labor relations, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex ER cases.
* Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices and their application within an HR or ER context.
* Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
* Solid commercial acumen, capable of understanding business drivers and integrating them into ER solutions.
* Proven experience in culture and behaviour change initiatives, including culture co-creation and engagement.
* Deep understanding and practical application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles.
* Ability to interpret and apply relevant labour laws and tax regulations.
* Experience in managing organizational development and change management initiatives.
* Excellent presenting skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on shaping strategy and driving positive outcomes.
