Role summary

As Arbor’s Growth Marketing Lead you will help spearhead our customer growth efforts across our most important digital advertising channels. Your eligible customer? Anyone who pays a power bill where Arbor services. The ideal candidate has experience successfully driving efficient B2C growth in a creative and data-driven way across performance marketing channels, with particularly deep experience in paid social. You will focus on scaling our paid digital channels while interfacing with the team to holistically take our growth to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, execution and day-to-day optimization of paid performance marketing efforts across Meta, Tiktok, Google and more.

• Use your analytical mindset to develop and implement measurement methodologies that enable understanding of scaling opportunities, diminishing returns, attribution and trends

• Manage the creative pipeline from start to finish in coordination with the team and outside resources

• Use behavioral insights and user research to help inform new creative concepts and experiments

• Plan and conduct A/B experiments across the top of the funnel to drive meaningful performance improvements

• Own your monthly/quarterly growth plan, budget and results by channel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years B2C marketing experience

• 7+ years of marketing experience

• Deep experience with the Meta, Tiktok and Google ad platforms

• Deep experience applying statistical methodologies and analytics to your media buying process

• Experience measuring and implementing attribution systems

• Experience owning the creative pipeline process

• Experience marketing in financial services, home services or energy a plus

• Mix of agency and in-house experience a plus
