Your north star: We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to help lead the content creation of our customer growth efforts and help to make our customer experience great.

Role Description

The ideal candidate has experience successfully creating content to help drive B2C growth in a creative and data-driven way. You will take on projects that focus on creating content for growth channels such as paid social, video, audio, influencers, affiliate partnerships, referrals, as well as develop content for the customer lifecycle journey and product experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of content for performance marketing channels across search, paid social, video, audio, influencer content, affiliate partnerships, email, and more
• Develop copy and product marketing content for the customer experience from activation to ongoing engagement
• Lead coordinating and executing on content for our SEO efforts
• Develop creative marketing campaigns from start to finish in coordination with the team
• Use user research to help inform new content strategies and experiments
• Help manage external freelance content resources and creators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years B2C content marketing experience
• 4+ years of marketing and/or copywriting experience
• Experience copywriting for growth-related content
• Track record of developing creative content that both elevates the brand and drives growth
• Experience with and affinity for agile and fast-paced work environments
• Experience creating, editing or coordinating video or graphic design content a plus
• Experience with product marketing a plus
• Organized, focused, and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
